Right click the appropriate link below and choose &quot;save as&quot; to your home &quot;pb&quot; folder (note home is where fs_homepath points) - make sure the file you save is saved with the filename shown below. Then issue a &quot;pb_sv_restart&quot; command to restart the PB Server with the new version. Players do not need any of these files, Server Admins only need the file that corresponds to their Operating System.</p>

<h2>Introduction to GIMP</h2>
<p>GIMP is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed program for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.</p>
<p>It has many capabilities. It can be used as a simple paint program, an expert quality photo retouching program, an online batch processing system, a mass production image renderer, an image format converter, etc.</p>
<p>GIMP is expandable and extensible. It is designed to be augmented with plug-ins and extensions to do just about anything. The advanced scripting interface allows everything from the simplest task to the most complex image manipulation procedures to be easily scripted.</p>
<p>GIMP is written and developed under X11 on <a href="http://www.gimp.org/unix/">UNIX</a> platforms. But basically the same code also runs on <a href="http://www.gimp.org/windows/">MS Windows</a> and <a href="http://www.gimp.org/macintosh/">Mac OS X</a>.</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Ventrilo 3.0.0 is the next evolutionary step of Voice over IP (VoIP) group communications software. Ventrilo is also the industry standard by which all others measure themselves as they attempt to imitate its features.</p>
<p>By offering surround sound positioning and special sound effects on a per user, per channel, per server or global configuration level the program provides each user the option to fully customize exactly how they wish to hear sounds from other users or events.</p>
<p>Ventrilo is best known for it&#039;s superior sound quality and minimal use of CPU resources so as not to interfere with day to day operations of the computer or during online game competitions. It is also preferred for the simple user interface that any first time computer user can very quickly learn because the most commonly used features are immediately visible and can be activated with a single click of the mouse.</p>
